The Buzz Studio upstairs at No7 The Pantiles
The Buzz Studio offers its own internet network to minimise the risk of working on public WIFI.
Come and work in our first floor hot-desking studio and when you spend the following amounts on food and drink your desk space is free of charge. This offer only applies to our Buzz Studio on the first floor, unless you are just dropping by to check emails for an hour and to have a cup of coffee.
Up to 1 hour. Buy a cup of coffee = FREE hot-desking
Up to 2 hours. Spend £5.50 = FREE hot-desking
Up to 4 hours. Spend £10.40 = FREE hot-desking
Up to 6 hours (school-run friendly). Spend £14.70 = FREE hot-desking
Up to 8 hours. Spend £18.40 = FREE hot-desking
If you would like to become a Buzz Studio Member and operate on your own secure IP in The Buzz, then you can purchase your own internet line complete with unique password for £52.00 per year. We can provide you with a VAT receipt if you need to recover the cost of this from your employer or through the accounts of your own business. Please speak with a manager.

First come, first served, unless you have booked and paid in advance at the coffee counter on a previous day. You must sign in at the coffee counter on arrival. Customers can utilise our Buzz Coffee Loyalty Card in conjunction with this offer. No other offer can be utilised in conjunction with this hot-desking deal. No values can be rolled over to another day or another customer. We reserve the right to utilise other parts of the building as over-flow space if the Buzz Studio is full. If you do not spend the sums indicated to meet the free hot-desking requirement you will be charged the difference between what you have spent on food and drink and the rate displayed.

Private Boutique Offices
We have Solo booths for one, Duo offices for two, Trio offices for 2 – 3 and a quad for 3 – 4.
Zoom Booth
A private room for Zoom calls, or for meetings for up to 2 people. Available to hire for all, and free to Buzz Card holders for the 1st hour (see Buzz Card information below). The Biz Booth rate for zoom calls on our super-size screen with super-fast internet is £15.00 for the first hour and £10.00 per hour thereafter. VAT does not apply.
Meeting Zone
Meeting and conference room for up to 8 people, with free presentation tech . Super-size presentation facilities and super-fast internet. The internet is provided via a bilateral up / down 1 gig lease line for super stable internet connectivity. Available to hire for all, and free to Buzz Card holders for the 1st hour (see Buzz Card information below). Hire rates £20.00 for the first hour and £15.00 per hour thereafter. VAT does not apply.
Hot Desks
Drop in or book on an ad-hoc basis to co-work in our studio by the hour, half or full day. Booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. Call 0800 0219 111 to make a reservation.
Retained Desks
The same desk in our studio for the same fixed hours and days each week.

Internet Connectivity for All Desks & Offices
All workers throughout the building enjoy the Hive’s super-fast WIFI or you can upgrade to a dedicated IP internet account with bilateral up / down 1 gig lease line for hyperspeed stable internet connectivity when you purchase a BUZZ CARD.
Smart Desks for All
All desks are equipped as ‘Smart Desks’ and are fully height adjustable, to allow you to sit or stand to work. They also have wireless charging, USB ports and bluetooth connectivity.
Chairs & Lockers
Every desk comes with an ergonomic and height adjustable chair. Desks in the communal areas of the buildings have easy-clean surfaces and will be thoroughly cleaned in-between bookings. There are lockers available free of charge to those using the coworking studio to store your laptop and other valuables when you are absent from the building.
Samsung Diamond Monitors
We have three screens available in the building. A 52” in the Meeting Zone, a 34”in the Zoom Booth and a 27” available on a trolley for roaming for those that need to use one for projects.
Stunning Location
At 12-16 The Pantiles. Previously known as The Walks and the (Royal) Parade, The Pantiles is steeped in history and remains a hugely popular destination for shoppers and socialites alike, offering unrivalled style and sophistication reminiscent of its Georgian heyday. In line with its sustainability mission, The Hive will offer a truly unique work and social space, where old meets new.
Car Parking
Parking is available throughout the area. There are multiple free 2-hour and 4-hour parking bays in Castle Road or you can purchase a permit in the Hive’s dedicated parking zone in The Pantile’s Car Park in Major York’s Road for 140.00 plus Vat per month. At the end of the Pantiles by The Grey Lady opposite the Potteries there is a bicycle rack for those that wish to cycle to work.
Access & Security
Access to The Hive on the Pantiles is from 7 am to 7pm seven days a week, each office has a combination locking system and there are lockers available for those working in the coworking studio.
Corporate Hospitality – Catering
We can cater for your client or team meetings, working lunches, or breakfasts and snacks from Kypseli Taverna on the ground floor or The Buzz Lounge at No7.
Onsite Catering Facilities
On the first floor there is a kitchenette for use by all those working at The Hive. It is equipped with kettle, microwave and fridge. We supply instant coffee, tea bags, milk, sugar and squash.

Trading and postal address: £180.00 for 6 months or £300.00 for a year.
