The Hive at Flimwell Park is part of a ground-breaking woodland development offering a natural environment and community atmosphere. Current Buzz Packers working from The Hive in Cranbrook will have the freedom to use the different sites in a way that best suits their mood or facilities required, but also, to provide the appropriate hospitality to their clients. This will empower valued customers of The Hive to function at their best across the Kent and Sussex border.

At Flimwell Park, every aspect of design has been carefully planned and implemented. Each workspace has views over the woodland canopy, and coming soon a gallery café – offering on-site food, drink and hospitality – fuses with nature as you ascend the walkway through the trees, above the sloping woodland floor below.

Working lunches can be ordered from The Hive in Cranbrook with 24hrs notice until the cafe opens.

Innovative planning has resulted in a workspace that truly inspires and promotes health and wellbeing. Each workspace is built at varying height, to maximise natural daylight, which is known to reduce ill-health in the office and increase productivity. Coworkers can get even closer to nature by taking a break from the screen and exploring the woodland trail. There is a shower block in the main building if you work up a sweat!

Flimwell Park is sustainably built and energy efficient with on-site solar power generation. Other benefits include free car parking, 24-hour access and security, electric car charging points and cycle hire facilities.

All desks at Flimwell Park are equipped as ‘Smart Desks’ and are fully height adjustable, to allow you to sit or stand to work. They also have wireless charging, USB ports, bluetooth connectivity and a felt lined draw in which to store your laptop or tablet. Every desk comes with an ergonomic chair. For a small additional fee you can hire a lockable cabinet.
