Hot Desks
Bookable as half days, full days. When you buy your Buzz Pack you can bulk buy hot desks sessions or retained days/hours at discounted rates. You can also book sessions at The Hive in Cranbrook and enjoy the best of both venues.
Retained Desks
A retained desk in the coworking areas, is all yours for the days, or hours that you agree it.
Dedicated Desks in Coworking Areas
A step up from a Retained Desk, a Dedicated Desk is yours 7 days a week, all year round. Situated in the coworking areas your smart desk with be in the heart of the coworking community, if you need to make a private call you can use the Biz Booth if not occupied.
Private Office booths for 1, 2, 3 or 4
We have solo booths for one, duo offices for two, a trio for 2-3 and a quads for teams of 3-4. Choose the booth that suits your teams’ requirements. These private offices are also dog friendly.
Internet Connectivity for All Desks & Offices
All workers throughout the building enjoy hyper-fast WIFI and a dedicated IP internet account with bilateral up / down 1 gig lease line for super stable internet connectivity.
Smart Desks for All
All desks at Flimwell Park are equipped as ‘Smart Desks’ and are fully height adjustable, to allow you to sit or stand to work. They also have wireless charging, USB ports, bluetooth connectivity and a felt lined draw in which to store your laptop or tablet.
Ergonomic Chairs
Every desk comes with an ergonomic and height adjustable chair. Desks in the communal areas of the buildings have easy-clean surfaces and will be thoroughly cleaned in-between bookings.
Samsung Diamond Monitors
Access to a Samsung diamond monitor mounted on a trolley. Bookable for meetings, or free to utilise if available.
Fast & Secure Internet
You will benefit from a dedicated IP with a fast secure internet account, complete with your own user name and password. When using our service, your connected equipment and connection to the internet is private and therefore safe. Plus, bilateral up / down 1 gig lease line for super stable internet connectivity.

Hawkhurst Rd, Flimwell, Ticehurst, Wadhurst TN5 7FJ. The Hive Flimwell Park is located just off the A21 in 46 acres of natural woodland. Built on stilts and accessed via a boardwalk this unique development has been built with sustainability are the fore and every aspect of design has been carefully planned and implemented. Each workspace has views over the woodland canopy fusing with nature as you ascend the walkway through the trees, above the sloping woodland floor below.

Corporate Hospitality – Catering
We can cater for your client or team meetings, working lunches, or breakfasts and snacks from our Greek Kitchen at The Hive in Cranbrook. We just need 24 hours notice and can deliver your order between 12.30-1pm Monday to Friday. View our menus >>
Birchwood Restaurant
Flimwell Park also boasts Birchwood, the second restaurant owned and run by Will Devlin, alongside the Small Holding, which was awarded a Michelin Green Star in 2021.
Onsite Catering Facilities
Each working ‘hub’ has its own kitchenette for communal use, with a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and basic cutlery and crockery. We also provide complimentary English Breakfast Tea and instant coffee.
Health & Wellbeing
Innovative planning has resulted in a workspace that truly inspires and promotes health and wellbeing. Each workspace is built at varying height, to maximise natural daylight, which is known to reduce ill-health in the office and increase productivity. Walking and cycling is encouraged and you can explore the woodland trails at your leisure.
